Q. I can see the product that I want to buy however there is no "ADD TO CART" button.
A. This means the product is out of stock - all IN STOCK items have the "ADD TO CART" button enabled which means that you can add to the cart and proceed through to the Checkout Page.
Q. Are your products officially licensed from the Premier League clubs?
A. Yes, every product which we sell has been approved by the club it relates to.
Q. How long will I have to wait for my order?
A. We endeavour to ship in stock items within 2-3 working days. If for any reason we do not have stock of a particular product we will inform you by email.
Q. What methods of payment do you take?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards using a PCI Level 1 Compliant payment gateway. We also take payment through PayPal
Q. What are your delivery costs
A. All of our prices include delivery so there are no hidden costs when you get to checkout. If you are ordering from a country outside the UK, the delivery cost will be displayed when you add an item to your cart.
Q. I have a problem with my order - how do I contact you?
A. We are available by phone or email just go to our Contact Us page.
Q. The item I have ordered is faulty, how do I return?
A. In the rare instance that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately preferably via email so that we have traceability.
If the item is faulty we will send you out an immediate replacement along with a pre-paid FREEPOST address so that you can send the faulty item back to us.
